WEDDING
Guillaume and I were married on Santorini in Greece in 2013. We had a party on the Isle of Wight in England a week later, that my brilliant Mum kindly arranged for us. One of my long-time best buds, Andi Hampton, of Family Creative, made us a video of those celebrations... Living so far away from loved ones is tough at times. We do miss family and friends very much and it was a wonderful, special day.

BY THE FRIDGE DOOR LIGHT
When I was 14 (roughly one-and-a-half decade's ago), I appeared live on TFI Friday reciting all 92 teams in the English Football Leagues (1999-2000 season) in alphabetical order of their division, in 18.5 seconds - in front of a fridge.
You'll hopefully be as pleased to know as I am, that reeling off pre-memorised long lists at colossal speeds in my kitchen, is not something I do often. In fact, this is the only instance. I learned it initially in response to a challenge...
The late Cilla Black once hosted a show called 'The Moment of Truth' in which contestants were invited to try and complete short but apparently tricky tasks in order to win incredible prizes. Listing football teams of the UK was one such task. However, they were not required to perform this oral feat at such velocity. I believe they had two minutes, were allowed to make mistakes, didn't have to do it in alphabetical order and did not need to recall all 92. Amateurs.
I exclaimed upon watching how easy I believed this to be, to which my Mum retorted it was not. As a teenager ever keen to prove a parent wrong, I immediately went to my room and began writing out the teams from Arsenal to York. I had memorised the list in one evening, and in the days thereafter perfected saying it faster.
Like lyrics to a well-known song, this has never left my brain. It's well embedded, so yes, I can still do it on cue.
To this day I have not won any prizes for my achievement.
Here I am at age 29... (And it takes approx 28 seconds these days. Sorry. Old age and all that...)
